A ceremony held today at City Hall to announce the launch of the new center was attended by Polish dignitaries and WNS senior executives including the company’s Group CEO, Keshav R Murugesh.

The Polish facility will service WNS’s global clients across Europe and Asia, with a focus on German, Russian and Scandinavian language capabilities. The center will deliver Finance & Accounting, Contact Center and Research & Analytics services across a wide range of vertical industries. “Increasing our delivery footprint is critical to providing our global clients with a combination of onshore, near-shore and offshore capabilities. The Gdynia center will allow WNS to capitalize on a skilled work force with multi-lingual capabilities, and will complement our existing delivery locations in Romania and United Kingdom,” said Keshav R.
