NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 1 p.m.: Hecla Mining Co. fell $.05 or 1.1 percent, to $4.58. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.40 or 2.7 percent, to $15.10. Silver Standard Resources Inc. fell $.01 or .1 percent, to $13.06. Silver Wheaton fell $.09 or .3 percent, to $27.97.
