ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ:MANT) has named James E. Fraser director of its Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Center. Fraser is responsible for leveraging the GWAC Center to enable ManTech to better serve its government clients through its GWACs, GSA Schedules and indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract vehicles.

Fraser joined ManTech from CGI Federal, where he was the vice president of their GWAC solution center and small business program. Prior to CGI Federal he served in a variety of positions with EDS, CSC, DynCorp, Dynamac and others providing leadership in GWAC management, mission support services and environmental sciences.
