Western Gas Partners, LP Increases Distribution And Schedules Earnings Conference Call

Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.48 per unit for the second quarter of 2012, representing a 4-percent increase over the prior quarter and a 19-percent increase over the second quarter of 2011. The distribution is payable on August 13, 2012, to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2012.

The Partnership plans to report its second-quarter 2012 results after the market closes on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, August 2, 2012, at 11 a.m. CDT (12 p.m. EDT) to discuss quarterly results.
