True Religion To Report Second Quarter 2012 Results On July 31, 2012

True Religion Apparel, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRLG) today announced that the company will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012, after the market close on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Mr. Jeffrey Lubell, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Merchant, Ms. Lynne Koplin, President, and Mr. Pete Collins, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call that afternoon (July 31, 2012) at 4:30 p.m. ET (1:30 p.m. PT) to discuss the financial results.
