Salesforce.com ( CRM) rated new Buy at ThinkEquity. $155 price target. Company can continue to gain market share.

Dean Foods ( DF) downgraded at Goldman from Buy to Neutral, Goldman Sachs said. Higher corn prices could force milk costs higher. $17 price target.

Darden ( DRI) rated new Hold at Keybanc. Company lacks near-term catalysts.

Edwards Lifesciences ( EW) downgraded at Credit Suisse from Outperform to Neutral, Credit Suisse said. Valuation call, based on a $110 price target.

Fidelity National ( FIS) downgraded at Baird from Outperform to Neutral, Robert Baird said. Valuation call, based on a $38 price target.

JDS Uniphase ( JDSU) rated new Hold at Needham. Valuation appears low, but business conditions appear to be slowing.

Kinder Morgan ( KMI) upgraded at Citigroup to Buy from Neutral, Citigroup said. $39 price target. Currenttechnical issues are transitory, and the impact of lower crude prices seems overblown.

Kinder Morgan Partners upgraded at Citigroup to Neutral from Sell, Citigroup said. $82 price target. Better growth visibility coupled with reduced long-term exposure to crude oil prices.

Lacrosse Footwear ( BOOT) upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Bank of the Ozarks ( OZRK) upgraded at Wunderlich from Hold to Buy, Wunderlich said. $37 price target. Company is seeing better loan growth and exceeded earnings expectations for the 17th straight quarter.

Pharmacyclics ( PCYC) rated new Market Perform at Bernstein. $51 price target. Valuation call, as the stock is up 300% year-to-date. Also have below-consensus view of the company's key product.

Panera Bread ( PNRA) rated new Buy at Keybanc. $175 price target. Company can sustain 20% annual earnings growth.

Questcor ( QCOR) rated new Buy at BofA/Merrill. $60 price target. Stock is attractively valued and consensus estimates appear low.

Range Resources ( RRC) upgraded at Baird from Neutral to Outperform, Robert Baird said. $72 price target. Stock has underperformed its peers, but the company has an attractive, low-cost asset base.

Ryland ( RYL) downgraded at Credit Suisse from Outperform to Neutral, Credit Suisse said. Valuation call, as the stock is up 28% over the past two months. $25.50 price target.

Saks ( SKS) downgraded at BofA/Merrill from Neutral to Underperform, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch said. Expect difficult environment for high-end retain in the second half of the year. $9 price target.

Caterpillar ( CAT) estimates, target cut at Credit Suisse.CAT estimates were reduced through 2014, Credit Suisse said. Dealer survey suggests lower potential growth. Outperform rating and new $120 price target.

Commerce Bancshares ( CBSH) numbers raised at UBS. Shares of CBSH now seen reaching $41, UBS said. Estimates also raised on better than expected loan growth. Neutral rating.

Cisco ( CSCO) estimates, target lowered at Sterne Agee. Shares of CSCO now seen reaching $23, according to Sterne Agee. Estimates also cut, given macro headwinds. Buy rating.

F5 Networks ( FFIV) numbers cut at ThinkEquity. Shares of FFIV now seen reaching $122, according to ThinkEquity. Estimates also reduced, given macro concerns. Buy rating.

Infosys ( INFY) estimates lowered at Oppenheimer through 2014, Oppenheimer said. Lowers outlook and cites pricing/realization pressure. Perform rating.

Nasdaq OMX ( NDAQ) numbers reduced at Bernstein. NDAQ estimates were cut through 2013, Bernstein said. Volumes have been lighter than expected. Hold rating and new $25 price target.

Scotts Miracle Gro ( SMG) estimates lowered at Oppenheimer through 2013 to reflect drought, Oppenheimer said. Perform rating.

Tractor Supply ( TSCO) numbers reduced at Credit Suisse. Shares of TSCO now seen reaching $81, according to Credit Suisse. Estimates also cut, given lower expected farm spending. Neutral rating.

VMware ( VMW) estimates lowered at UBS through 2013 based on field checks, UBS said. $125 price target and Buy rating.
