The company has a P/E ratio of 15.7, equal to the average electronics industry P/E ratio and below the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7. Shares are up 4.6% year to date as of the close of trading on Monday. We feel these strengths outweigh the fact that the company has had sub par growth in net income.

On the positive front, City Telecom ( CTEL), up 13.2%, Dialogic ( DLGC), up 12.3%, SMART Technologies ( SMT), up 9.9%, and Enova Systems ( ENA), up 9.7%, were all gainers within the technology sector with Telefonica Brasil S.A ( VIV) being today's featured technology sector winner.
