Ltd., based in Melbourne, Australia to represent and provide program management for the Goodrich DB-110 reconnaissance system. This agreement allows Goodrich to offer direct local representation in Australia and New Zealand. This is the second agreement for Goodrich and SYPAQ, adding the DB-110 surveillance system offering to the Goodrich intelligence exploitation system agreement already in place.
