As a result, the Company's common stock will continue to be listed and trade on The NASDAQ Capital Stock Market. On November 8, 2011, NASDAQ notified the Company that its common stock did not maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by The NASDAQ Stock Market Listing Rules. Since then, NASDAQ has determined that the Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days, from June 12, 2012 to June 25, 2012.
