NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Zynga ( ZNGA - Get Report) shares rose in anticipation of the company's second Unleashed press event, held later today.

At the initial Unleashed event hosted in October 2011, the San Francisco-based social gaming company announced the launch of a series of new games for Facebook. It also introduced Project Z, a Facebook gaming platform.

Shares of Zynga nudged higher in Tuesday trade, up 1.81% to $6.18.

Zynga's partner, Facebook ( FB - Get Report) continued to climb on Tuesday reaching $33.08 -- a 3.18% increase. On Monday, investors learned that Facebook would begin placing ads and sponsored stories on

Amazon ( AMZN - Get Report) shares climbed on rumors of a second generation Kindle device.

CNET reported the retail giant will unveil its second-generation Kindle Fire at the end of July.

Amazon could not be reached for comment on this report.

Amazon shares out shined the Nasdaq, Tuesday, gaining 2.54% to $225.65.

Dell ( DELL) shares fell after Jefferies analyst Peter Misek lowered his price target on the electronics company due to pressures from Huawei, the initial W8 launch partner. Misek maintained his "hold" rating, but lowered his price target to $13 from $15.

Shares of Dell rose 0.5% in Tuesday trading at $12.01.

China's largest online supermarket, Yihaodian, hired Brocade Communications ( BRCD) to provide it with a performance data networking solution "to cope with explosive growth in customers and orders."

Brocade shares fell 2.05% to $4.78 in Tuesday trade.
