About the Lawsuit

ModusLink and certain of its senior executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements, during the Class Period, in violation of federal securities laws.

On June 11, 2012, ModusLink's stock fell 34.74%, to close at $2.78, following the Company’s announcement that it would restate five years of financial results. ModusLink also revealed that its CEO, Joseph C. Lawler, would immediately resign, after a committee of the Company’s board of directors discovered material accounting errors.
