FleetCor Announces Secondary Offering By Selling Stockholders

FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FLT) today announced that selling stockholders have agreed to sell 6,750,000 shares of FleetCor common stock in an underwritten offering. FleetCor will not sell any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Citigroup will act as sole underwriter for the offering.
