(OTCBB: CLKTF) announces that, as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file its Form 20-F for fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), its stock on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) has stopped trading on the OTCQB sector and has begun trading on the Pink Sheets.
