The period of performance is one base year, plus four optional years, and represents new business for NCI. Under the task order, NCI is providing operations and maintenance support to for the Department’s Justice Security Tracking and Adjudication Record System (JSTARS). Specifically, NCI provides program management support, application-level system administration, database administration, external audit support and certification and accreditation (C&A) support. Additionally, NCI is providing the service desk support to the JSTARS user community, which includes 38 out of a total of 39 DOJ components at this time.
