NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Perma-Fix Environmental Services (Nasdaq: PESI) has been downgraded by TheStreet Ratings from buy to hold. The company's strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its robust revenue growth, reasonable valuation levels and notable return on equity.
