United Stationers Board Declares Regular Dividend

United Stationers Inc. (NASDAQ: USTR) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share payable on July 13, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2012.
