NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- M.D.C. Holdings (NYSE: MDC) hit a new 52-week high Wednesday as it is currently trading at $29.52, above its previous 52-week high of $28.99 with 371,948 shares traded as of 10:55 a.m. ET. Average volume has been 999,300 shares over the past 30 days.
