GATX Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

The board of directors of GATX Corporation (NYSE:GMT) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share, payable June 30, 2012, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2012. This quarterly dividend is unchanged from the prior quarter.

The board also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per share on the $2.50 preferred stock, payable June 1, 2012, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2012, unchanged from the previous quarter.
