Hooper Holmes Launches EPortamedic.com, New Customer Ordering Website With Mobile Access

Hooper Holmes (NYSE Amex:HH) today announced the introduction of a new ordering website, ePortamedic.com, for life insurance customers. Once customers register for the new site, they will have the added convenience of tracking their orders on any mobile device.

The new website makes it quicker, easier and more convenient for agents, brokers and producers to place online orders for Hooper Holmes services. Orders are now processed in a matter of minutes. In addition to fast order processing, ePortamedic.com has a built in Auto-Diagnosis feature that helps customers match Hooper Holmes’ services with applicant criteria and carrier requirements.

“Our new Auto-Diagnosis feature takes the guesswork out of the ordering process,” said Dan L. Dodson, Senior Vice President, Life Insurance, “so producers automatically select the right insurance products for their applicants with the right services, based on carrier requirements. Ordering the right Portamedic services has never been easier.”

“Plus, once they register for the site,” continued Mr. Dodson, “producers can check their orders on the go with any smart phone or tablet. Our customers can keep track of all their orders wherever they are, and they can easily follow up with their applicants regarding their status.”

“Both current and new customers must sign up for ePortamedic.com, and our field sales representatives will be there to help,” said Mr. Dodson. “Our first target audience is insurance agents. We are looking forward to adding additional features and integration with agency management systems for insurance brokers in the near future.”
