Northeast Utilities (NYSE: NU) has been named among the 100 Best Corporate Citizens by Corporate Responsibility Magazine. NU was the top ranking electric utility and was ranked 31st overall. It was the second highest ranking company among all energy-related firms on the 2012 list.
