U.S. Jobless Claims Fall 2,000 to 386,000

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- U.S. jobless claims for the week ended April 14 totaled 386,000.

Jobless claims for the prior week were revised to 388,000.

Economists polled by Reuters forecast a total of 370,000 new jobless claims filings, compared with last week's originally reported 380,000.
