Following the release of the official greeting card app for LINE, "LINE Card" on March 28, NHN Japan is proud to announce the second additional service for LINE, "LINE camera". This camera app allows users to easily edit and decorate saved photos taken using smartphone cameras, and to directly send the finished photos to friends and groups connected via LINE. With characters from LINE's "Sticker function" (a communication feature using ultra-expressive character icons) making an appearance, users can edit, decorate and give an original touch to their photos using a vast array of editing tools including over 600 stamps, over 100 different frames, 14 types of filters and 156 types of brushes, as well as photo-text functions and more. In addition to LINE, users are also able to share the decorated photos using Twitter, Facebook, mixi, Weibo, Me2day, and Cyworld. The iPhone version is also scheduled to be released within the next few days.
