NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

American Realty Investors Inc. : Approximately 39,000 shares changed hands, a 504.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.20 or 8.7 percent to $2.50.

Barnes & Noble Inc. : Approximately 5,687,800 shares changed hands, a 380.6 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.19 or 1.6 percent to $11.73.

Chesapeake Lodging Trust : Approximately 534,200 shares changed hands, a 281.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.12 or .7 percent to $17.64.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. class B : Approximately 9,200 shares changed hands, a 1,461.0 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.13 or .9 percent to $14.67.

Gray Television A : Approximately 18,200 shares changed hands, a 751.6 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.04 or 2.6 percent to $1.55.

Jaguar Mining Inc. : Approximately 12,340,600 shares changed hands, a 740.4 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.07 or 23.2 percent to $3.54.

Malaysia Fd : Approximately 132,200 shares changed hands, a 674.4 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.01 or .1 percent to $9.98.

QR Energy LP : Approximately 1,298,200 shares changed hands, a 726.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.07 or .4 percent to $19.18.

Select Medical Holdings Corp. : Approximately 1,237,600 shares changed hands, a 266.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.17 or 2.4 percent to $7.28.

Terreno Realty : Approximately 207,600 shares changed hands, a 249.4 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.24 or 1.7 percent to $14.24.
