RADVISION (Nasdaq: RVSN), a leading technology and end-to-end solution provider for unified visual communications, announced today that it will report financial results for the first quarter of 2012 on Monday, May 14, 2012. The Company noted that it expects to report revenues and non-GAAP net loss per share for the first quarter of 2012 approximately in line with its previous guidance of $17 million and $0.37 per diluted share, respectively. However, it now expects the GAAP net loss per diluted share to be $0.47 to $0.49 due to the recognition of expenses related to its recently announced merger agreement with Avaya. On February 8 th, the Company forecasted a GAAP net loss of $0.41 per diluted share for the first quarter.
