The Company noted that it expects to report revenues and non-GAAP net loss per share for the first quarter of 2012 approximately in line with its previous guidance of $17 million and $0.37 per diluted share, respectively. However, it now expects the GAAP net loss per diluted share to be $0.47 to $0.49 due to the recognition of expenses related to its recently announced merger agreement with Avaya. On February 8 th, the Company forecasted a GAAP net loss of $0.41 per diluted share for the first quarter.
