Tessera Technologies Announces Results Of Annual Meeting Of Stockholders

Tessera Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSRA) (the “Company”) today announced the voting results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held March 30, 2012 in San Jose, California.

The Company’s stockholders elected Robert J. Boehlke, John B. Goodrich, David C. Nagel, Kevin G. Rivette, Anthony J. Tether, and Robert A. Young to the Board of Directors for terms ending upon the 2013 annual stockholders meeting.

The Company’s stockholders also approved the Company's 2012 Performance Bonus Plan for Executive Officers and Key Employees.

In addition, the Company’s stockholders approved the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers as disclosed in the Company’s proxy statement.

Finally, the Company’s stockholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent auditors of the Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
