CVB Financial Corp. Announces First Quarter 2012 Earnings Release Date, Conference Call And Webcast

CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) and its subsidiary Citizens Business Bank (“the Company”), today announced that it plans to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012 after the market closes on April 18, 2012. Management will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Pacific time/10:30 a.m. Eastern time on April 19, 2012 to discuss the Company’s first quarter 2012 financial results.
