Amazon.com ( AMZN) rated new Buy at ThinkEquity. $230 price target. Company can continue to gain market share.

American Express ( AXP) downgraded at Wells Fargo from Outperform to Market Perform. Valuation call, Wells Fargo said.

Baldwin & Lyons ( BWINA) was upgraded to Buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Best Buy ( BBY) was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

eBay ( EBAY) rated new Buy at ThinkEquity. $43 price target. Company continues to expand its addressable market, ThinkEquity said.

Google ( GOOG) rated new Buy at ThinkEquity. $714 price target. Company remains well positioned.

HollyFrontier ( HFC) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform, Credit Suisse said. Valuation call, based on a $40 price target.

Janus ( JNS) downgraded at Jefferies from Buy to Hold, Jefferies said. Valuation call, based on a $9.50 price target.

Johnson & Johnson ( JNJ) was downgraded to Hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Nordstrom ( JWN) upgraded at Goldman from Neutral to Buy, Goldman Sachs said. $65 price target. Estimates also boosted, as the company can gain market share.

Allscripts ( MDRX) downgraded at Auriga from Buy to Hold, Auriga USA said. $19 price target. Company faces growth challenges.

Magna ( MGA) downgraded at Citi to Sell, Citigroup said. Valuation call.

PNC Financial ( PNC) downgraded at Nomura from Buy to Neutral, Nomura said. Regional banks already trade at a premium.

Pentair ( PNR) upgraded at William Blair to Outperform, William Blair said. Tyco purchase should add to earnings.

Suntrust ( STI) upgraded at Nomura from Neutral to Buy, Nomura said. Company is leveraged to better mortgage growth.

TriMas ( TRS) was downgraded to hold at TheStreet Ratings.

UBS ( UBS) was downgraded to Sell at TheStreet Ratings.

United Continental Holdings ( UAL) was downgraded to Hold at TheStreet Ratings.

US Bancorp ( USB) downgraded at Nomura from Buy to Neutral, Nomura said. Valuation call.

Wells Fargo ( WFC) upgraded at Nomura from Neutral to Buy, Nomura said. Consensus earnings expectations appear too low.

Whole Foods Market ( WFM) was downgraded from Buy to Neutral at Goldman Sachs. Valuation call, based on an $88 price target, Goldman said.

Yahoo! ( YHOO) was initiated with a Hold rating at ThinkEquity. $17 price target. Company is facing increased competition, ThinkEquity said.

STOCK COMMENTS / EPS CHANGES

Broadcom ( BRCM) estimates, target raised at Auriga USA. Shares now seen reaching $45. Company is leveraged to better mobile and switching demand, Auriga said. Buy rating.

Chipotle ( CMG) estimates, target increased at UBS. Estimates were raised through 2013. Company is seeing solid sales momentum, UBS said. Neutral rating and new $442 price target.

Capital One ( COF) was removed from the Top Picks live list at Citigroup. Valuation call, as the stock is up 35% year to date, Citigroup said. $66 price target.

Dick's Sporting Goods ( DKS) numbers were raised at Oppenheimer. Shares of DKS now seen reaching $57. Estimates were also increased, as the company is leveraged to higher consumer demand. Outperform rating.

Ford ( F) was added to the Top Picks Live list at Citigroup. U.S. auto demand continues to improve, Citigroup said.

Fifth Third ( FITB) was added to the Conviction Buy list at Nomura. Mortgage volume is improving and the Florida real estate market has likely bottomed, Nomura said.

Joy Global ( JOYG) are now seen reaching $78 at UBS. Estimates were also cut, as the coal market faces headwinds, UBS said. Neutral rating.

Las Vegas Sands ( LVS) numbers were increased at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Estimates were raised through 2013. Macau should continue to drive growth, BofA/Merrill Lynch said. Buy rating and new $65 price target.

Monster Beverage ( MNST) numbers boosted at UBS. Shares are now seen reaching $70. Estimates were also increased, given better pricing. Buy rating.

Red Hat ( RHT) estimates were increased at Morgan Stanley through 2014. Billings growth is accelerating, Morgan Stanley said. Equal-weight rating.

Verint ( VRNT) estimates, target were boosted at JPMorgan. Shares are now seen reaching $39.50, according to JP Morgan. Estimates were also increased, given the company's new guidance. Overweight rating.
