NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening.

Rio Tinto ( RIO): "I think it's not as cheap as Vale ( VALE). I'd go with that one."

ExactTarget ( ET): "I think this one can be held and bought. It's alright."

VirnetX ( VHC): "I think it's a terrific speculation. I'll bless it. I'd use deep-in-the-money options."

Cummins ( CMI): "I like Cummins. I missed the last 20 points but I'm a believer."

JDS Uniphase ( JDSU): "That's optical and I don't like optical."

Frontline ( FRO): "Here's the problem. I have Nordic American Tanker ( NAT) paying a great rate. I'm pro-Nordic American."

Allot Communications ( ALLT): "We nailed this one. This stock can go higher."
