Tejon Ranch Co. (NYSE: TRC) today announced two changes to its Board of Directors, including the election of a new director and the retirement of a current member of the Board. Daniel R. Tisch was elected to the Board at its March 13, 2012 board meeting. Mr. Tisch represents Tejon Ranch Co.’s second largest shareholder, TowerView LLC, a New York city-based investment firm. Mr. Tisch previously served as General Partner of Mentor Partners, L.P., predecessor to TowerView, and formerly was Managing Director at Salomon Brothers, Inc. “We are very pleased to have Dan Tisch join our Board of Directors,” said Robert A.
