Exxon Mobil's chief executive called for disclosure of so-called fracking fluid during the IHS CERA energy conference last week in Houston. Fracking has become a hot-button issue in the United States as natural gas development kicks into high gear. In Europe, the French government said the risks outweighed the gains and decided last year to ban fracking outright.
