Previously senior vice president, Shiba continues in his role as chief financial officer, a position he has held since joining the company in October 2010. “In his relatively brief tenure with Superior, Kerry has made significant contributions to the company,” said Steven J. Borick, chairman and chief executive officer. “He has been deeply involved in developing the strategic direction for the company, as well as demonstrating solid financial acumen. He previously held senior management positions with Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, including vice president and chief financial officer, and served in senior financial management roles with The BF Goodrich Company. Shiba also is a member of the board of directors of Ramsey Industries LLC.
