Oriental Financial Group Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend Of $0.06 Per Common Share

Oriental Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: OFG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2012 payable on April 13, 2012, to holders of record on March 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2012.
