Baltimore Gas And Electric Company Declares Quarterly Preference Dividend

Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), a subsidiary of Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG), today announced that its board of directors has declared quarterly dividends at the specified rate for all of its outstanding preference stock, payable April 2, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2012.
