Lam Research ( LRCX) downgraded at JP Morgan from Overweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. Valuation call, as the company is already pricing in higher near-term demand.

Allscripts ( MDRX) downgraded at Leerink from Outperform to Market Perform, Leerink Swann said. Company will struggle to sustain recent bookings growth.

Norfolk Southern ( NSC) downgraded at JP Morgan from Overweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. Company is leveraged to lower coal demand.

Oracle ( ORCL) downgraded at JMP from Outperform to Market Perform, JMP Securities said. Estimates also cut, as the company may struggle to grow in a cloud computing environment.

Unum ( UNM) upgraded at JP Morgan from Neutral to Overweight, JP Morgan said. Pricing trends are improving and the company may buy back more stock.

Dell ( DELL) numbers raised at UBS. Shares of DELL now seen reaching $22, according to UBS. Estimates also increased on improving gross margins. Buy rating.

EOG Resources ( EOG) numbers raised at Jefferies. Shares of EOG now seen reaching $131, according to Jefferies. Estimates also increased on substantial upside from its existing shale plays. Buy rating.

General Mills ( GIS) estimates lowered at UBS through 2013 on recent volume weakness, UBS said. Maintain Neutral rating and $39 price target.

H.J. Heinz ( HNZ) price target raised at Jefferies to $60, Jefferies said. Earnings report made the company look strong compared to underwhelming peers. Buy rating.
