LIN Media Promotes Michael Kelly To Vice President Sales

LIN TV Corp. (“LIN Media”; NYSE: TVL), a local multimedia company, is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Kelly to Vice President Sales.

A 30-year veteran of the broadcast industry, Mr. Kelly joined LIN Media in 2004 as National Sales Manager and Director of Sales for WALA-TV and WBPG-TV (now WFNA-TV) in Mobile. In 2007, he worked at an Internet startup before returning to the Company in 2008 as Director of Interactive/New Media Sales, where he was instrumental in building a digital culture at each television station and furthering LIN Media’s transformation to a multimedia company.

In his new role, Mr. Kelly will oversee all multiplatform sales efforts for the Company’s television stations, interactive web sites and mobile products.

Mr. Kelly is a member of the Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB), Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and several other industry associations, and has authored several articles on sales and leadership development in a number of industry publications. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
