Silvestri as President and Chief Operating Officer. During the past thirty years, Silvestri has gained extensive executive and marketing/sales experience, while making significant contributions to such employers as The Procter & Gamble Company and M&M/Mars Inc. Most recently he was President/General Manager of LitterMaid Pet Products, currently part of the United Pet Group of Spectrum Brands and President of Farnam Pet Products of Central Garden and Pet Inc.
