Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. Announces Pricing Of Secondary Public Offering Of Common Units

Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE:CHKM) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 9,250,000 common units representing limited partner interests owned by Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP). GIP offered the units to the public at $28.70 per unit and has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,247,003 additional common units.

The Partnership will not receive any of the net proceeds from this offering and the number of outstanding common units will remain unchanged. The offering was made under the Partnership's effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3, as amended, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
