Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PBH) (the “Company”) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prestige Brands, Inc. (“Prestige Brands”), has priced an offering of $250 million in aggregate principal amount of 8.125% senior notes due 2020 (the “Notes”). The sale of the Notes is expected to be completed on or about January 31, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
