NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

American Strategic Income Portfolio : Approximately 88,600 shares changed hands, a 615.2 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.09 or .9 percent to $11.00.

EV TaxAdBd&Opt Fd : Approximately 313,400 shares changed hands, a 715.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or .5 percent to $16.67.

Harry Winston Diamond Corp. : Approximately 2,192,200 shares changed hands, a 840.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.12 or 1.1 percent to $10.93.

Hecla Mining Co. : Approximately 52,704,700 shares changed hands, a 624.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.23 or 21.1 percent to $4.61.

Mesa Royalty Trust : Approximately 62,300 shares changed hands, a 1,783.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.49 or 1.2 percent to $39.57.

PHH Corp. : Approximately 15,755,500 shares changed hands, a 956.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.47 or 4.6 percent to $10.70.

Sun Communities Inc. : Approximately 3,585,800 shares changed hands, a 2,890.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.24 or .7 percent to $36.40.

Terreno Realty : Approximately 327,800 shares changed hands, a 583.2 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.01 or .1 percent to $13.81.

Two Harbors Investment Corp. : Approximately 19,114,000 shares changed hands, a 987.2 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.25 or 2.6 percent to $9.25.
