BlackRock Advisors, LLC today announced that fifteen BlackRock tax-exempt closed-end funds (the “Funds”) each successfully priced and placed Variable Rate Muni Term Preferred Shares (“VMTP”) pursuant to an offering exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.
