Thanks, operator. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Quiksilver Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2011 Earnings Conference Call. Our speakers today are Bob McKnight, our Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Joe Scirocco, our Chief Financial Officer.
