Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a fourth quarter 2011 common share dividend of $0.16325 per share, for the period of October 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 and a fourth quarter 2011 Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share, for the same period. The fourth quarter dividends are payable on January 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 20, 2011.
