Crown Holdings ( CCK) rated new Outperform at Credit Suisse. $43 price target. Company was also placed on the US Focus List, as management can deliver consistent annual double-digit earnings growth.

Carter's ( CRI) upgraded at Goldman from Neutral to Buy. Company is raising prices in its wholesale business. $46 price target.

Forest Laboratories ( FRX) rated new Buy at Cantor. $36 price target. Market is underestimating the company's current portfolio.

Fortinet ( FTNT) downgraded at Baird from Outperform to Neutral, Robert Baird said. Valuation call, based on a $27 price target.

Huntsman ( HUN) downgraded at Jefferies from Buy to Hold, Jefferies said. Price target was also lowered to $12. Two earnings catalysts at risk.

Ingersoll-Rand ( IR) downgraded at Sterne Agee from Buy to Neutral, Sterne Agee said. Valuation no longer compelling.

ITC Holdings ( ITC) downgraded at Credit Suisse from Outperform to Neutral, Credit Suisse said. $80 price target. Overhang of complicated merger will drag into 2013.

LinkedIn ( LNKD) upgraded at JP Morgan from Neutral to Overweight, JP Morgan said. $84 price target. Hiring and Marketing Solutions businesses remain strong.

Altria ( MO) rated new Buy at Deutsche. $31 price target. Company should continue to generate solid cash flow.

Reynolds American ( RAI) rated new Hold at Deutsche Bank. $41 price target. Industry valuations are higher and the consumer is getting weaker.

Taleo ( TLEO) upgraded at Baird from Neutral to Outperform, Robert W. Baird. $45 price target. Consistently generates ~20% organic yoy growth and is trading at a significant discount to peers.

Tesoro ( TSO) downgraded at Credit Suisse from Outperform to Neutral. Valuation call, based on a $35 price target.

Texas Instruments ( TXN) upgraded at JMP from Market Perform to Market Outperform. $36 price target. Emergence of favorable cycle indicators and ability to drive upside margin leverage.

BioMarin Pharma ( BMRN) numbers raised at Jefferies. Shares of BMRN now seen reaching $40, Jefferies said. Estimates were also raised on high expectations going into its R&D day. Buy rating.

Ciena ( CIEN) estimates, target lowered at UBS. Shares of CIEN now seen reaching $13.50, according to UBS. Estimates also lowered as carrier capital spending outlook and priorities create headwinds. Neutral rating.

Deckers Outdoor ( DECK) target raised at Credit Suisse to $127, according to Credit Suisse. Channel checks suggest strong holiday sales. Outperform rating.

Dollar General ( DG) estimates upped at Morgan Stanley through 2013, Morgan Stanley said. Company is buying back more stock. Equal-weight rating.

Dover ( DOV) estimates, target boosted at Goldman. Shares of DOV now seen reaching $67. Estimates also upped, following the company's upbeat investor meeting.

Ecolab ( ECL) estimates, target raised at Credit Suisse. Shares of ECL now seen reaching $62. Estimates also increased, as the NLC merger should add to earnings. Neutral rating.

Entergy ( ETR) target raised at Jefferies to $82, Jefferies said. Definitive agreement to divest its electric trasmission business. Buy rating.

KLA-Tencor ( KLAC) target raised at Morgan Stanley to $55, according to Morgan Stanley. Company is leveraged to higher foundry spending. Overweight rating.

Lululemon Athletica ( LULU) target lowered at Jefferies to $54, Jefferies said. Reflecting third quarter performance. Hold rating.

National Oilwell Varco ( NOV) numbers increased at Guggenheim. NOV estimates were raised through 2012, Guggenheim said. Earnings visibility is improving. Buy rating and new $93 price target.

Novellus ( NVLS) estimates, target boosted at Credit Suisse. Shares of NVLS now seen reaching $42, according to Credit Suisse. Estimates also upped, to match the company's new guidance. Outperform rating.

PPG Industries ( PPG) estimates lowered at UBS through 2012. Company provided guidance that the recent flooding in Thailand should impact earnings. Maintain $82 price target and Neutral rating.

Smithfield Foods ( SFD) estimates increased at Morgan Stanley through 2014, Morgan Stanley said. Company should be helped by lower corn prices. Equal-weight rating.

TCF Financial ( TCB) estimates lowered at Oppenheimer through 2012, Oppenheimer said. Move into specialty lending. Outperform rating.

Union Pacific ( UNP) numbers raised at Jefferies. Shares of UNP now seen reaching $122, Jefferies said. Estimates also raised on legacy contract repricings and new energy related business that should drive growth. Buy rating.
