Cambridge Bancorp Increases Quarterly Dividend

Cambridge Bancorp (OTCBB: CATC) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 5.7 percent increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.35 per share to $0.37 per share. The dividend is payable January 3, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 12, 2011.

Cambridge Bancorp and its subsidiary, Cambridge Trust Company, are based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the heart of Harvard Square.
