(NYSE: AFT) - Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) today announced that it is increasing its monthly distribution by 4% to $0.105 per share, effective with its November 2011 distribution. This increased distribution is payable on the date noted below.

The following dates apply to the declared distribution:
