Allied Building Products Corp., a division of Oldcastle, Inc. (NYSE: CRH) announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Smyrna, Georgia branch of American Wholesale located just outside Atlanta.

American Wholesale was founded in 1991 by Terry Ferrero and has had much success as a long-term residential siding staple in the southeast. The Smyrna location will be managed by John Baumgartner, an Allied Building Products veteran, who joins the staff from New Jersey.
