NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening.

Caterpillar ( CAT): "It's a very cheap stock. I think it's heading back to its high."

BlackRock ( BLK): "In the vast scheme of things, the worst group is the financials. It has a 3.4% yield. If it went back to a 4% yield, I'd pull the trigger."

City Telecom HK ( CTEL): "I give up. It is not growing and I think it's a mistake. I'm not going to defend it on the way down."

MetLife ( MET): "Leave that one be. I'd buy Prudential ( PRU) and hold onto MetLife."
