Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) is buying Tristate Sabine LLC in a $65 million deal with Dallas-based Energy Spectrum Capital and Louisianaâ¿¿s Zwolle Pipeline LLC.

The Houston publicly traded master limited partnership will acquire about 52 miles of high-pressure natural gas gathering pipelines in Sabine Parish, La., known as the ⿿Tristate System.⿝ This system provides gathering and treating services for Haynesville and Bossier Shale production from the Toledo Bend South field area for redelivery to Gulf South Pipeline and Tennessee Gas Pipeline.

The transaction is expected to close on Nov. 1.

Crestwood owns and operates midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids assets strategically located to gather, process, treat and compress natural gas produced from the Barnett Shale formation in North Texas.
