NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening.

American Express ( AXP): "Why not wait to see how they do. I'm not going to say buy it ahead."

Corning ( GLW): "I like the dividend boost. I'm going to tell you to buy that cheap stock down here."

Coca-Cola ( KO): "I think that Coke is terrific and that yield is great. I would hold onto it."

United Parcel Service ( UPS): "I think the stock goes to $75. I also like FedEx ( FDX) and I like the rails."

Dendreon ( DNDN): "Too speculative. That stock had its day. I have so many high yielding companies like Sanofi-Aventis ( SNY). Why do I need that one?"

Xerox ( XRX): "I think you should buy EMC ( EMC) if you want data management."

UnitedHealth Group ( UNH): "They ended up with accounting problems and it was bad. I don't recommend that group with this president."

Patriot Coal ( PCX): "The coal stocks have not been the place to be. I think you wait for a rally and get out."
