Netflix Gets 'Walking Dead'

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Netflix ( NFLX)announced a new partnership with AMC to stream the television series Walking Dead exclusively to subscribers.

As part of the deal, Season 1 of the series is available starting Friday. Netflix also will receive non-exclusive rights to select scripted and unscripted shows from the network, including My Fair Wedding, Bridezillas and Braxton Family Values.

The terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
